We had an amazing Open Table Night last night with lots of laughter, lots of wine and quite a lot of food. I even managed to photograph some of the food which was a miracle in itself, owing to the fact that getting 10 portions of freshly made pasta to the table was only one of the stressy moments I had to contend with. But it’s all part of the fun. No really, it actually is.
Everyone made themselves at home pretty quickly, some in front of the fire, others in the kitchen (grilling me* on what was on the menu). We had a group of four, two couples and a mum and daughter duo, none of whom had met before and the evening was an instant success.
Can’t wait to do it all over again 🙂
